Introduction
Hello! We are Joe and Darese Scaffido. We live in Ithaca, New York (upstate), and have one (biological) son, Alex, who is 5 years old, and ready to start Kindergarten in September!
Our adoption journey began in June 2004. Our main agency is Family Tree Adoption Agency in Clifton Park, NY. We have also used Family Connections in Cortland, NY. Our paperwork was completed by the end of 2004, and was sent to China in January, 2005. Our Log In Date was February 21, 2005. We are anxiously awaiting our referral any time now!!
